Mashantucket, CT (March 4, 2022) – After a jam-packed February filled with ambitious new expansion plans – including the addition of Great Wolf Lodge at Mashantucket, a new High Stakes Bingo Hall, a new 75,000 square foot Rainmaker Expo Center and more – Foxwoods® Resort Casino is just getting started. Next up, Foxwoods is hosting a wide range of performances from star performers across the world.
From side-splitting comedy with John Mulaney, Vir Das and Majah Hype, to the powerhouse voices of Reba McEntire, the Los Angeles Azules and the ladies of Femme It Forward, to the theatricality of shock-rock legend Alice Cooper, there is sure to be something for everyone at Foxwoods this March.
Tickets for all shows may be purchased online at www.foxwoods.com. For Foxwoods theaters and entertainment venues, all guests, visitors and team members are required to wear masks. - ABOUT: The newest and hottest hotspot for live comedy is at Centrale. Every Friday and Saturday, the best comedians from the Tri-State area take over The Fox Tower for a great night out filled with drinks, laughs, and more drinks.

- ABOUT: Country megastar Reba McEntire headlines two nights at Foxwoods Resort Casino! With 28 albums, 35 No. 1 singles, and an eponymous TV show, country superstar Reba McEntire belongs to a select group of artists that command household name status with their first name alone. Reba may be the unofficial "Queen of Country," but it's her fans that get the royal treatment when she hits the road with her powerful voice and airtight backing band. With a host of tour dates in 2014, Reba's charming smile and disarmingly sweet voice will be rocking arenas — and booties — around the country.

- ABOUT: As India’s biggest stand-up comedian and a Bollywood star, Vir Das has now crossed over to become a global comedy sensation, filling an international vacancy for an authentic Indian perspective and being hailed by Variety as a “Top 10 Comic To Watch.” Vir’s fourth Netflix special in five years, “Outside In,” was just released, which was shot entirely in quarantine with audience members virtually attending from around the world.

- ABOUT: The all-women lineup features some of the most creative female R&B icons in the game, with Faith Evans, SWV, MYA and 702 performing some of their biggest hits including “Love Like This” (Faith Evans), “Weak” (SWV), “My Love Is Like… Wo” (MYA) and “Where My Girls At” (702).

- ABOUT: Beginning in 2012, the raspy-voiced funnyman known to his adoring fans as “the Caribbean King of Comedy” took social media by storm with his brand of humor he calls “reality comedy:” producing and starring in sketches online featuring impersonations of characters that poke fun at various stereotypes associated with Caribbean, Latin and African-American cultures. As a stand-up comedian, Majah improvises his routines: delivering unscripted punchlines around everyday experiences that connect Afro- Caribbean people.

- ABOUT: Al Bano is one of the most recognizable Italian singers in the world whose career has spanned nearly six decades. His major breakthrough came in 1966 at the Festival delle Rose, followed in 1968 by his first-place win at the Disco per l'Estate, an Italian song competition. His victories on the stage paved the way for his recording career, initiated by hits like "La Siepe" and "Nel Sole," the latter of which eventually went on to sell over one million copies. After regular appearances at the Sanremo Festival and Eurovision, as well as countless releases and performances throughout Europe, Al Bano was introduced to a new generation of fans in 2005, thanks to his participation in the Italian Survivor-style show “L’Ilsola dei Famosi.”

- ABOUT: Alice Cooper pioneered a grandly theatrical brand of hard rock that was designed to shock. Drawing equally from horror movies, vaudeville, and garage rock, the group created a stage show that featured electric chairs, guillotines, fake blood and boa constrictors. He continues to tour regularly, performing shows worldwide with the dark and horror-themed theatrics that he’s best known for. With a schedule that has included six months year in and year out on the road, Alice Cooper brings his own brand of rock psycho-drama to fans both old and new, enjoying it as much as the audience does, with hits including “School’s Out” and “Poison.”

- ABOUT: John Mulaney is a two-time Emmy and WGA award-winning writer, actor, and comedian. In 2018, he traveled the United States with sold out Kid Gorgeous tour, which was later released as a Netflix stand-up special and won the Emmy for Outstanding Writing in a Variety Special; In 2015, he released “The Comeback Kid,” also a Netflix original, which The AV Club called the “best hour of his career;” In 2012, his Comedy Central special “New In Town” had Ken Tucker of Entertainment Weekly hailing him as “one of the best stand-up comics alive.” Starting March 2022, he’ll be touring with his newest hour John Mulaney: From Scratch.

- ABOUT: Hip Hop icons Rick Ross (“Hustlin’,” “Gold Roses feat. Drake”) and Jeezy (“Put On feat. Ye,” “Soul Survivor feat. Akon”) take over Foxwoods Resort Casino! With eight #1 and #2 Soundscan original studio albums, and four Grammy Award nominations under his belt since 2006, Rick Ross was a core artist on the Def Jam roster. Featured as a Rolling Stone magazine cover artist, the "hip-hop heavyweight," as the New York Times described him, was living up to his reputation as "the number one ghostwriter in the South.” Young Jeezy is a highly accomplished rapper that made it to the limelight with the help of his rapping skills. His successful works have made him one of his genre's most prominent rap artists, as well as several platinum and gold certifications, several Grammy Award nominations, a line of Top Ten albums, and a number of Top Ten singles.

- ABOUT: Hailing from Iztapalapa, Mexico, Los Angeles Azules are Cumbia’s largest exponents worldwide, having taken their music to the most important stages and international festivals such as Vive Latino and Coachella. In this tour guests are able to enjoy dancing to classics like "El Liston de tu Pelo", "17 años" and "Como te voy a Olvidar" celebrating along with the legendary Cumbia group on their 40th anniversary.
