Mashantucket, CT (April 4, 2022) – Foxwoods® Resort Casino – the largest premier resort in the Northeast – is bringing familiar faces and new talent to guests this month with an exciting lineup of events and openings. With comedians and performers taking the stage, extended hours at Cedars Steaks & Oysters and The Fox Tower opening seven days a week beginning April 11, Foxwoods is continuing to cement itself as the prime destination for world class entertainment and dining.

Celebrated comedian Jim Gaffigan will be taking the stage with a run of three laughter-filled shows from April 15 – 16, leading the charge for fellow comedians performing later in the month including Wayne Brady (April 23) and Tracy Morgan (April 29). Additional events this month include the Women Leading Industry: Celebrity Brunch Summit – taking place April 16 and featuring panelists such as The Breakfast Club’s Angela Yee and actress Paige Hurd – and blues legend Bonnie Raitt on April 22, providing entertainment that everyone in the family can enjoy.

This month also sees the return of Foxwoods’ Tacos & Tequila Fiesta on April 23, filled with delicious tacos and margaritas, and a mechanical bull for the adventurous. In addition, Foxwoods also announced new hours for both The Fox Tower and Cedars Steaks & Oysters. The Fox Hotel will be open 7 days a week starting April 11^th, which includes gaming, nightlife and numerous restaurant options to Foxwoods’ guests.  Cedars Steaks & Oysters – Foxwoods’ timeless restaurant highlighting the freshest regional ingredients in traditional American steakhouse fare – will be open five days a week starting April 6^th, bringing its hours of operation to Wednesday – Sunday from 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM ET.

This news follows Foxwoods’ continued property updates, openings and events surrounding its 30^th Anniversary, including the opening of a Sushi By Bou restaurant and Sushi Suite, the reopening of Wingstop, a VIP Players Lounge and a CardVault, in addition to several renovations designed to enhance the experience for loyal guests and Foxwoods team members. Foxwoods also announced this month’s $30,000 monthly donation to both the Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England ($15,000) and Girl Scouts of Connecticut ($15,000). The initiative has Foxwoods pledging $30,000 each month through the end of 2022 to organizations that mirror Foxwoods’ values.
