Bryan Hayes

Senior Vice President of Gaming Operations

Bryan Hayes was appointed as Senior Vice President of Gaming Operations after taking on an expanded role to assist with the revision of several slot floor layouts. In this role Hayes manages all levels of financial performance for Slot Operations and designs and implements business strategies to address operational opportunities.

Hayes also oversees all planning, staffing, and training, along with managing the performance of the Financial Analysis Department. In addition, he and his team design and direct the preparation of objective, accurate, timely, and high quality financial analysis of both internal and external data which aids the senior management decision-making processes and support a range of operational and financial activities.

Also a proud member of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe, Hayes began working at Foxwoods in 2005. He earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration at Nichols College. Hayes began his career at Foxwoods in the finance area and held supervisory and managerial positions in Audit and Analysis. He is also a graduate of the MGM Resorts International Management Associate Program (MAP) and worked for the MGM Grand, and Luxor Resort and Casinos in Las Vegas.

Hayes resides in Connecticut with his girlfriend Kirsten and is the proud father of two boys, Alexander and Landon. In his free time, he enjoys being outside playing with his boys, hiking and golfing. He also enjoys cooking and watching both college and professional football.
