Momosan brings a fresh and flavorful dining option to guests at Foxwoods
MASHANTUCKET, CT (October 31, 2024) – Foxwoods Resort Casino, the premier resort casino in the Northeast, today announced the opening of Momosan by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, set to debut in spring 2025. The new addition brings the globally renowned chef’s celebrated Japanese cuisine to Foxwoods, marking the seventh location of his acclaimed ramen restaurant. The partnership between Foxwoods and Chef Morimoto continues the resort casino’s commitment to delivering world-class, diverse culinary experiences in a dynamic and ever-evolving landscape. Located in the Great Cedar Concourse at Foxwoods Resort Casino, Momosan will feature signature dishes including Gyoza, Nigiri and Sushi Rolls, Ramen including Chef’s classics Tonkotsu, Spicy Tan-Tan and Tokyo Chicken, as well as fan favorites like the Soft-Shell Crab Bao and Sticky Ribs. Guests can expect Chef Morimoto’s meticulous attention to detail, creativity and innovative flavors.

Recent culinary additions include Grace By Nia, the resort’s first Black-woman-owned speakeasy-style lounge, Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen, showcasing the culinary legend’s iconic dishes, and Sprinkletown, the debut storefront from celebrated Pastry Chef Zac Young.

About Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto
Chef Masaharu Morimoto — known to millions as the star of Iron Chef and Iron Chef America and now executive producer and head judge for Roku’s Sushi Master — has garnered critical and popular acclaim for his seamless integration of Western and Japanese ingredients. In 2001, Chef Morimoto opened his first restaurant in Philadelphia, which was later followed by restaurants in New York, Napa, Honolulu, Boca Raton, Mumbai, Mexico City, Tokyo, and Maui.
