With 150,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, Foxwoods has plenty of room for physical distancing while allowing guests to safely reconnect for in-person events in line with local guidance.

In addition to the full list of resort safety protocols, new guidelines for meetings and events include -- but are not limited to -- the following:

• Non-invasive thermal temperature checks for all guests and team members upon entering the resort; those with an elevated temperature will not be allowed entry

• Mandatory face masks required for all guests and team members; if a guest arrives without a face mask, one will be provided

• Current capacities allow for seating and floor plans to be set to 25% capacity of any function room with a maximum capacity of 100 people per room and 150 people for outdoor events

• Sanitization stations will be set up, with at least one per every 25 attendees

• After each use, conference room doors, tables, chairs, light switches and other high-touch surfaces will be thoroughly sanitized

• New signage will be in place to remind attendees of appropriate physical distancing guidelines

Foxwoods is offering a number of flexible booking options and incentives for organizers looking to schedule events this year so guests can book with confidence. These include flexible attrition, minimums and cancellations and the complimentary use of digital signage within meeting spaces.

All weddings at Foxwoods will follow the same set of guidelines listed above for meetings and events, including a maximum capacity of 100 people.

Guests who visit the resort currently have access to over 20 food & beverage outlets -- ranging from fast casual to fine dining -- and over 1,000 hotel rooms as the resort moves through its phased reopening process. Additionally, those looking to enjoy a variety of gaming options can visit the Grand Pequot and Great Cedar Casinos, which are open daily, and the Fox Tower and Rainmaker Casinos, which are open on weekends.
