Mashantucket, CT (April 15, 2023) – Foxwoods® Resort Casino is reporting slot revenue of $30 million for the month of March 2023. This results in a $7.8 million direct payment to the State of Connecticut in accordance with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation’s long-standing slot revenue contribution agreement. Since 1993, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has directly deposited over $4.5 billion of Foxwoods’ slot revenue into the state’s budget fund.

Foxwoods celebrated its 31st Anniversary with a Cake Cutting and Ceremony that took place on March 10 with another big announcement. Foxwoods is partnering with Celebrity Chef Gordan Ramsey to open a Hell’s Kitchen at Foxwoods Resort Casino.

In March, Foxwoods rolled out several promotions for guests including its March Hotel Sale, giving guests the chance to plan their getaway to Foxwoods to receive up to 30% off their stays; the St. Patrick’s Day Bingo, where guests had the chance to win $10,000 in regular game payouts; 4X Tier Credits, Pointzilla, and 2X Rewards Points promotions let guests tier up faster than ever while playing their favorite slots or table games. Additionally, guests participated in the 2023 Ford F-150 Supercrew Sweepstake, where one lucky winner was selected to choose from a 2023 Ford F-150 XLT Supercrew or a cash option of $50,000.

Foxwoods offered several specials to guests last month with drink specials at TopGolf, Centrale, and Atrium. To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day Cedars Steaks & Oysters offered guests a special menu including Guinness Braised Short Rib Pot Pie and DraftKings Sportsbook offered guests a Braised Corned Beef. Performances that took place at Foxwoods in March included comedians David Spade, Marlon Wayans, Nick Offerman, and Kathleen Madigan.

Earlier this month, the resort casino announced its April Hotel Sale, giving guests the chance to plan their getaway to Foxwoods to receive up to 20% off deluxe rooms, fine dining options, premium shopping, and thrilling activities for the whole family for stays now through May 30, or deluxe hotel rooms for stays between May 1 through July 31.

Pointzilla roared into Foxwoods on April 8, guests played their favorite slot or table games with their Foxwoods Rewards Card from 9am - 8pm to multiply their Foxwoods Rewards points. March Madness rolled into Foxwoods at Draftskings Sportsbook where guests were able to place bets while experiencing the biggest game in collegiate basketball. Guests enjoyed the final match-up at the only place in Connecticut with the greatest game day grub and wall-to-wall televisions.

Foxwoods was the egg-cellent spot to celebrate Easter this year! Guests left the holiday cooking to the experts where they indulged in delicious Easter specials at Foxwood’s David Burke Prime and Caputto Trattoria.  Additionally, guests celebrated Easter with a Spring Eggs Kiosk Game where Foxwoods Rewards Members could win their share of $25,000 in Bonus Slot Play by swiping their rewards card at any promotion’s kiosk.

If you were looking for a weekend of family fun or the perfect place to hang out, Foxwoods had you covered with Kids & Teen Week April 10-13. From arts and crafts and face painting to henna tattoos and movies in the Premier Theater Foxwoods was the perfect one-stop shop for school break. Lastly, performances that took place at the resort casino earlier this month included stand-up comedian Jim Breuer, Scottish musician Lewis Capaldi and the soulful sounds of rhythm and blues with Tony! Toni! Toné!, El DeBarge, Silk, and Kut Klose during R&B Rewind.
