Connecticut-based Foxwoods Resort Casino has invested more than $1 million in renovations to ensure the safety of its customers as they return to the slot machines and craps tables after months of inactivity spurred by COVID-19.
The Foxwoods experience will look and feel very different than guests are typically used to. FOX Business visited Foxwoods to share what to expect, including non-invasive temperature checks, limited capacity to allow for social distancing, increased sanitization, Plexiglas partitions and more. In addition, ever other slot machine has been turned off and betting spaces are limited to four people per table.
Despite the changes, guests are excited to return to The Wonder Of It All thanks to the extensive new safety protocols and increased sanitization with FoxClean. As FOX Business correspondent Kristina Partsinevelos reports, Foxwoods is back in business.
