Dale Merrill, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration, is responsible for directing and providing strategy for all Human Resources, Foxwoods Compliance, Native American Relations, Retail and Guest Experience initiatives. This includes Recruiting, Labor and Team Member Relations, Training & Development, Compensation and Benefits, Team Member Services, Team Member Communications and Tribal and Native American affairs and Organizational Ethics.
 

Dale has been with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and Foxwoods Resort Casino since 1994 holding varying positions including Public Relations Specialist, Director, Employment and Executive Director of Talent Management. Through Dale’s leadership, MPTN and Foxwoods’ Team Members have greater access to training and development and advanced communication channels. Dale has proven herself to be a visionary who has moved historically transactional functions to strategic, performance enhancing departments. Additionally, Dale has elevated the company’s guest experience culture through the development and sharing of best practices among property guest service leaders.
 

Dale is recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management as a “Certified Professional in HR.” Dale holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
